On October 15, the Institute of Visual Computing welcomed many interested students to our Open Lab Night 2026.
Over pizza and drinks, visitors had the opportunity to explore a wide range of live demonstrations and learn more about the research and projects carried out at IVC. Topics included augmented reality, autonomous driving, game engineering, motion capture, and much more.
The event offered students an informal setting to meet our team, gain insights into current research areas, and discover possible opportunities for their own academic work. We were delighted by the great interest and the many engaging conversations throughout the evening.
We are already looking forward to welcoming some of the students back to IVC to start their Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis with us!
