I am a PhD student at the Institute of Visual Computing in Thomas Pock’s Vision, Learning and Optimization group.
I studied Mathematics with a focus on Applied Mathematics at Karl Franzens University in Graz. I gained professional experience as a researcher in automated driving and as a software developer in computer vision. My current research centers on bilevel optimization methods for image reconstruction. More generally, my research interests include mathematical optimization, optimal control theory, and computer vision.
